Moe’s adds a highly requested, fan-favorite protein to the menu with the introduction of Chile Verde Pork Carnitas, available at participating locations nationwide starting May 13, 2025.
Chile Verde Carnitas features slow-cooked, tender cuts of pork simmered in tomatillos, green chiles, onion, and garlic, delivering a subtle spice that pairs perfectly with the brand’s signature tomatillo salsa.
For a limited time, fans can add Chile Verde Pork Carnitas to any entrée on the menu for an additional $1.49, although prices may vary by location.
To celebrate the arrival of its latest protein innovation, Moe’s is offering Moe Rewards members a free Chile Verde Carnitas Taco with the purchase of any regular menu item, while supplies last, from May 13 through May 25, 2025.
Chile Verde Carnitas can be found now at participating Moe’s Southwest Grill locations across the country for a limited time.
