Mountain Dew just announced that it’s welcoming back its popular Pitch Black flavor in January 2023 due to overwhelming fan demand.
MTN DEW Pitch Black features the signature bold taste of Mountain Dew with a twist of citrus and dark fruit flavor.
The returning fan favorite flavor was originally introduced in 2004 for Halloween, then making what was supposed to be a permanent comeback in 2016 until it was discontinued in 2019.
Additionally, Mountain Dew is also releasing two new Pitch Black varieties, including MTN DEW Pitch Black Zero and new MTN DEW Energy Pitch Black for the first time in the brand’s history.
All three Mountain Dew Pitch Black varieties will be available for a limited time at participating retailers nationwide beginning in January 2023.
