Qdoba is adding their new Mexican Cauliflower Mash to menus nationwide following a successful test at select locations back in August. The Mexican chain announced today that the new item will hit menus across the U.S. starting December 22, 2020.
Described as a low-carb alternative to rice, Qdoba’s Mexican Cauliflower Mash is made in-house daily with fresh, oven-roasted cauliflower that is blended with fresh cilantro, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
According to a press release, this new flavorful and keto-friendly option has only “6 grams of carbs per 4.5 oz serving.”
You can add the new Mexican Cauliflower Mash to your favorite burritos and bowls, or enjoy it as part of the chain’s new Cauli-Mash Low-Carb Chicken Bowl.
The Cauli-Mash Low-Carb Chicken Bowl is a low-carb, chef-created meal, that pairs the Mexican Cauliflower Mash with grilled adobo chicken, fajita veggies, and more.
