Newk’s Eatery just announced the launch of a new Cauliflower Pizza Crust and an Under 600 Calorie menu that features healthier options. Additionally, the chain will also extend the fan-favorite Taco Salad limited time offer.
The new Cauliflower Pizza Crust is a plant-based option that offers a more nutritious take on traditional pizza. You can order the Cauliflower Pizza Crust on any Newk’s Pizza for just a small upcharge.
According to a press release, the new Under 600 Calorie menu features ultra-satisfying options such as the “Black and Bleu Salad, French Bistro Steak & Mushroom Soup, Ahi Tuna Salad and Chicken Tortilla Soup.”
The Under 600 Calorie Menu also allows you to enjoy healthful pairings with a half-sandwich and your choice of cup of soup or half-salad as an entrée, or a bowl of soup accompanied by a half-salad side.
Newk’s Taco Salad features Romaine lettuce, avocado, Newcomb family beef chili, pico de gallo, jalapeños, tortilla strips, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
Both the Cauliflower Pizza Crust and the Under 600 Calorie menu are available now at all Newk’s Eatery locations nationwide.

Love the cauliflower crust at Newks but I can’t find the nutritional facts especially the carb count
Me either… it’s delicious but lack of info is not a good sign.
Agree. It is really filling too, so I would guess the calorie count is as much or more than their regular thin crust.
So very frustrated to not be able to find nutritional info on the cauliflower crust pizza!!!
I need the nutritional value for the cauliflower crust pizzas. I order one everytime we eat at Newks.
