Newk’s Eatery is celebrating spring 2023 with the introduction of an all-new seasonal menu, featuring a variety of new items like the Cranberry & Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, Pesto Pasta Chicken Caesar Salad, Southern Salad Duo, and more.
Available from April 12 through June 21, 2023, here’s a closer look at Newk’s newest seasonal offerings:
- Cranberry & Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich: Chicken salad made from scratch with all-white meat, dried cranberries, almonds and fresh tarragon, topped with lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, and mayo, all served on Parisian bread for a suggested price of $9.99.
- Pesto Pasta Chicken Caesar Salad: 100% natural all-white meat chicken paired with a romaine lettuce blend, pesto bowtie pasta, parmesan cheese, pimientos and croutons, all tossed in a Caesar dressing for a suggested price of $10.99.
- Southern Salad Duo: A combination of mixed greens, grape tomatoes, and croutons topped with a scoop of the brand’s signature Chicken Salad and a scoop of Cranberry & Almond Chicken Salad. Served with your choice of dressing for a suggested price of $10.49.
- Coconut Nut Cake: Baked fresh daily in Newk’s own bakery, the Coconut Nut Cake consists of vanilla cake layered with coconut icing and covered in coconut flakes.
- Lobster Bisque: A flavorful seafood broth mixed with cold-water lobster meat, finished with a touch of cream and sherry and garnished with green onions.
