Noodles & Company just added two new Zucchini dishes to the menu and they sound delicious, not to mention healthy.
The two new zucchini dishes are:
- Zucchini and Asparagus with Lemon Sauce
- Zucchetti in White Wine Garlic Sauce with Balsamic Chicken
Zucchini & Asparagus with Lemon Sauce features zucchini noodles and asparagus tossed in a lemon cream sauce blended with Roma tomatoes and roasted zucchini. This dish also comes topped with parsley and toasted bread crumbs.
Zucchetti in White Wine Garlic Sauce with Balsamic Chicken: Made with a 50/50 combination of zucchini noodles and spaghetti noodles tossed in a white wine garlic sauce. Then topped with balsamic chicken, spinach, onion, roasted zucchini, Roma tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese and lemon.
Apart from the two new dishes, Noodles & Company is also introducing a new gluten-free pipette shell. You can use it as a substitute in any dish on the menu for just $1.
