For the first time in the brand’s history, Noodles & Company is adding a stuffed pasta option to the menu with introduction of three new tortelloni dishes at restaurants nationwide.
The new tortelloni dishes will be available exclusively to Rewards members from Wednesday, May 19 through Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
For those unfamiliar, Tortelloni is stuffed pasta with a shape similar to tortellini but a bit larger to bring forward even more flavor.
Made with elevated flavors and fresh ingredients, the three new tortelloni dishes include:
- 3-Cheese Tortelloni Rosa features tortelloni filled with a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, onions and garlic in spicy tomato cream sauce with mushrooms, Roma tomato, spinach and parmesan.
- 3-Cheese Tortelloni Pesto features tortelloni filled with a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, onions and garlic in basil pesto cream sauce with garlic, mushrooms, tomato and parmesan.
- Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni consists of cheese-filled tortelloni in light roasted garlic & onion cream sauce with zucchini, mushrooms and spinach, finished with MontAmoré cheese and parsley.

To celebrate the launch of Tortelloni Stuffed Pasta, Noodles & Company is offering free delivery all summer long to Noodle Rewards members who order the new tortelloni dishes between May 19 and June 1 via their Noodles Rewards account.
Additionally, anyone can sign up between now and June 1 to get a first taste of the new tortelloni dishes through the Noodles’ Rewards program.
