Noodles & Company looks to further elevate its stuffed pasta offerings with a test of four new premium stuffed pasta dishes in select markets across the country, including Chicago, Colorado Springs, and Columbus.
The new limited-time test items build on the chain’s current stuffed pasta offerings by adding even more flavor variety and new premium filling options like Prosciutto, Italian Sausage and Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Noodles’ new stuffed pasta dishes will vary by restaurant and include the following four options:
- Chicken Prosciutto Tortelloni with Smoked Gouda: Black pepper tortelloni filled with chicken, prosciutto, roasted mushrooms and spinach, and topped with a smoked gouda cheese sauce, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- 3-Cheese Tortelloni Caprese with Grilled Chicken: 3-Cheese tortelloni, tomato, and spinach sautéed in a balsamic vinaigrette with olive oil and roasted garlic, all topped with grilled chicken, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- Spicy Tomato Cream Sausage Ravioli: Tender ravioli stuffed with Italian sausage and cheese, sautéed in a spicy tomato cream sauce and topped with parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Garlic Cream Bacon Carbonara Ravioli: Tender ravioli stuffed with Applewood smoked bacon, four cheeses, and peas, sautéed with spinach in a light roasted garlic and onion cream sauce and finished with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and parsley.
