Noodles & Company looks to elevate its salad game by testing three new, bold, craveable salads at select locations in California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia.
Made with fresh and unique flavor combinations, the new salads aim to accommodate busy schedules by offering a quick and convenient lunch option while also supporting customers’ health at the same time.
All three salads feature a fresh Tuscan blend of leafy-green lettuces to deliver the perfect flavor in every bite while providing major health benefits to assist a healthy lifestyle.
Here’s a closer look at the three new salad creations from Noodles & Co:
- Asian Apple Citrus Salad: Spring and kale mix with grilled chicken, diced apple, cucumber, and slaw made from broccoli, carrots, and red cabbage, all tossed in a ginger citrus dressing and topped with fresh avocado, crispy chow mein noodles, and black sesame seeds.
- Mexican Street Corn Salad: Spring and kale mix with grilled chicken, roasted corn, and Roma tomato tossed in cotija cheese dressing and then topped with avocado, feta, chipotle cheddar tortilla strips, and cilantro.
- Quinoa Chop Salad: Spring and kale mix with grilled chicken, red quinoa, roasted corn, and Roma tomato tossed in a ginger citrus vinaigrette and topped with fresh avocado and pistachios.
