Outback Steakhouse today announced that it’s expanding its Great Barrier Eats Menu with the return of Loaded Bloomin’ Onion, Sirloin & Lobster Mac & Cheese, and a new shark attack cocktail – the Aussie JAWSie – starting April 26, 2023.
Outback’s Loaded Bloomin’ Onion consists of signature Bloomin’ Onion topped with Aussie Cheese Fries and served with spicy ranch dressing and signature bloom sauce on the side for dipping.
The Sirloin & Lobster Mac & Cheese features Outback’s signature center-cut 6-ounce sirloin steak paired with the chain’s premium steakhouse mac and cheese and topped with lobster. Served with your choice of steakhouse potato.
The Aussie JAWSie is a new shark attack cocktail made with New Amsterdam Raspberry Vodka, Blue Curacao, a trio of citrus juices, and a shark toy that comes packed with a dangerous dose of grenadine so fans can join in on the fun.
You can find new and returning items at participating Outback Steakhouse locations nationwide for a limited time from April 26 through June 20, 2023.
