Outback just announced the return of the Steak and Unlimited Shrimp deal and everyone’s very excited. But they have also quietly added a new entrée that features Pineapple and Pork Medallions and a new Creamy Shrimp Scampi Dip.
The Pineapple and Pork Medallions entrée features seasoned and seared pork tenderloin medallions covered in caramel mustard and garnished with grilled pineapple pieces.
The new Creamy Shrimp Scampi Dip features a blend of shrimp, garlic, lemon, and diced tomatoes mixed with Jack and Parmesan cheeses. The creamy shrimp scampi dip also comes with crispy tortilla chips for dipping.
Pineapple and Pork Medallions carry a suggested price of $14.99, while the Creamy Shrimp Scampi Dip goes for $10.99 (may vary).
You can find both new menu items for a limited time at participating restaurants across the country.

Had the Pineapple and Pork Medallions yesterday and they were outstanding. Had mashed potatoes and broccoli on the side with an add-on salad. It was totally 2 meals but really good. Had wanted to try something different since the steak last time was disappointing.
Had the pineapple and pork medallions, they are fabulous! I have to get the without their seasoning but the “mustard” sauce they put on them is AMAZING! I literally could drink it!!
I had the pork medallions with pineapple yesterday. I wish I had taken a picture. Three very dry pieces of pork, with no flavor whatsoever, and 3 tiny (about the size of a quarter) pieces of grilled pineapple. I told my daughter on the way home that I was pretty sure there was suppose to be some kind of sauce. I dipped the very dry and tough pork into my grandsons ketchup. I would have said something to the waiter but he seemed to by having a bad day and wasn’t friendly so I was afraid he would take it out on my food. Would never order again. But I actually will probably never go back since they no longer have my favorite wedge salad.
My husband loved the pineapple and pork medallions when we ordered and ate at the restaurant, but sadly this must be an item that cannot be carried out. Due to Covid restrictions we’ve had to go with carry out and the results were HORRIBLE. The pieces of pork were so dry and the portion was less than what he got in-restaurant. There was no caramel mustard glaze or any kind of sauce (or juice) for that matter. He attempted to order this on two separate occasions (giving the benefit of the doubt that it was one bad carry out service but…NOPE, it was just as bad the second time too!). We’re done with Outback carry out for good!
I had the pineapple and pork medallions yesterday with masked potatoes and mixed vegetables. Loved it!!!! Can’t wait to have it again!!!!
Man the pork medallions were awesome, hope they stay on the menu! My grandson does not like pork but tried a taste of mine and he is hooked!
