Outback adds a trio of new items to the menu with the arrival of the new Tasmanian Chili, new Over-the-Top Brussels Sprouts, and new Colossal Tots.
First introduced at select locations back in 2021, the Tasmanian Chili, whose recipe has helped the brand’s chef win several chili competitions across Texas, has no beans and features juicy, tender steak bites paired with just the right amount of spice to put your taste buds in check.
Outback offers Tasmanian Chili in two sizes – a cup or a bowl for a suggested price of $5.49 and $7.99 each, respectively (may vary).
Meanwhile, Outback’s Over-the-Top Brussels Sprouts is a new freshly made side that features roasted Brussels sprouts topped with bacon, Fresno chili, and parsley and finished with a drizzle of lemon aioli.
Lastly, the new Colossal Tots feature large tater tots stuffed with Parmesan, Cheddar and Jack Cheeses, plus bacon and jalapeño served with a side of the chain’s signature Bloomin’ Blonde beer cheese sauce for dipping.
Prices vary, but you can expect to pay around $5.99 for an order of Brussels Sprouts and $9.99 for an order of Colossal Tots.
It’s worth noting, though, that the brand’s Colossal Tots are currently available only at select locations across Florida, and there’s no word yet on whether they’ll be added to menus nationwide at a later date.
