Hand-carved to order, the Slow Roasted Prime Rib features your choice of either original roasted or wood-fire grilled Prime Rib seasoned with an herb crust and served with a side of au jus for dipping. This dish also includes a signature potato and your choice of one freshly made side.
The Seasoned and Seared Prime Rib dish features slow-roasted, then seasoned and seared to perfection Prime Rib, served with a creamy horseradish sauce, plus your choice of two freshly made sides.
The Prime Rib Sandwich consists of tender slow-roasted prime rib, grilled onions and mushrooms, Provolone cheese, and the brand’s spicy signature bloom sauce, served on a toasted baguette. The sandwich also comes with a side of French onion au jus for dipping, creamy horseradish sauce, and your choice of one freshly made side.
