Three of Panera Bread’s most popular seasonal items are back on the menu for a limited time this fall: Turkey Chili, Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup, and Roasted Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Sandwich.
The Roasted Turkey, Apple and Cheddar Sandwich features sliced roasted turkey, white cheddar cheese, apple cabbage slaw, arugula, and mustard horseradish, all sandwiched between two slices of cranberry walnut bread. A whole sandwich costs $9.99 and includes a side of your choice.
Panera’s Turkey Chili consists of dark meat turkey (raised without antibiotics), kidney and garbanzo beans, slow cooked in an ancho and pasilla stock with tomatoes, edamame, tomatillos, carrots, cilantro, cumin, and lime.
The Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup features a blend of butternut squash and pumpkin simmered in a vegetable broth made with honey, cinnamon, apple juice, curry, and sweet cream, topped with roasted and salted pumpkin seeds.
Panera Bread’s Turkey Chili costs $7.19, while the Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup goes for $6.19 (may vary).
You can find all three items on the menu at participating Panera Bread locations nationwide through fall.
