Papa Johns looks to jump on the crustless pizza bandwagon by testing new oven-baked Papa Bowls at select locations.
Papa Bowls blend the pizza chain’s signature sauce layered with premium toppings, topped with cheese and sprinkled with a special seasoning blend for a suggested price of $8.
They’re available in three varieties and there’s also a create-your-own option that allows you to customize your very own perfect bowl with up to seven toppings.
Here’s a closer look at Papa Johns new Papa Bowls lineup:
- Italian Meats Trio Papa Bowl: Pizza and Alfredo sauces layered with pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, green peppers, onions and tomatoes, and topped with three cheeses and Italian seasoning blend.
- Chicken Alfredo Papa Bowl: Creamy Alfredo sauce layered with juicy grilled chicken, spinach, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes, and topped with three cheeses and Italian seasoning blend.
- Garden Veggie Papa Bowl: Pizza sauce layered with spinach, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and banana peppers, and finished with three cheeses and Italian seasoning blend.
- Create Your Own Papa Bowl: Features your choice of sauce and your choice of up to seven toppings.
New Papa Bowls can be found at select locations in Oklahoma, Georgia, Ohio, Maryland, Illinois, Louisiana, and Texas for a limited time.
