Papa Murphy’s is now offering new, microwavable crustless pizzas featuring more of the fresh toppings and flavor you love, but without the crust.

The new crustless pizzas are a great a low-carb option designed for guests following the Keto Diet. You can get any Papa Murphy’s pizza crustless or you can build your own.

If you decide to go the build your own route, you don’t need to worry about finding the right toppings because all keto-friendly toppings and sauces are marked with “KF.”

The Cowboy (Keto Friendly) Pizza features traditional red sauce, topped with whole-milk mozzarella cheese, premium pepperoni, Italian sausage, sliced mushrooms, black olives, cheddar, and a herb & cheese blend without the crust. To make it even more Keto-friendly, simply change the traditional red sauce to your choice of creamy garlic sauce or olive oil & garlic sauce

Papa’s All Meat (Keto Friendly) Pizza features traditional red sauce, topped with whole-milk mozzarella cheese, Canadian bacon, salami, premium pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, and cheddar. To make this even more Keto-friendly, simply change the traditional red sauce to your choice of creamy garlic sauce or olive oil & garlic sauce

Papa’s Favorite (Keto Friendly) Pizza features traditional red sauce, topped with whole-milk mozzarella cheese, premium pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, mushrooms, mixed onions, green peppers, black olives, and cheddar cheese.   1. I stopped in to get a pizza with a 13 year old houseguest. Imagine my delight at finding your keto pizza!! I am thrilled. Now we will both have a great easy dinner!! She picked her favorite toppings and so did I!!

  2. You forget an important measurement. Those are ratios PER SERVING and there are 8 Servings per tray.
    So the Cowboy is officially 1440 calories per keto pizza.

  3. Is the carb count “net carbs”…that’s: the # of Carbs minus Fiber grams= Net Carbs. I noticed there was no fiber count given. Those of us on Keto are wanting to count Net Carbs. Thanks.

  4. I put the Cowboy on my pork panko crust. A whole pizza is 2000 calories, I eat a quarter of a pizza for 500 calories and 10 grams of total carbs. A great deal!
