Pei Wei and celebrity chef Jet Tila have once again have once again joined forces to introduce two new, limited-time menu items: Salmon Poke Bowl and Firecracker Shrimp.
Pei Wei’s Salmon Poke Bowl consists of a combination of Honey-Ginger marinated Salmon Poke, pickled ginger, cucumbers, scallions, cilantro, and crispy onions, all served over mixed greens and sushi rice, and topped with Yum Yum sauce.
The Firecracker Shrimp features large crispy shrimp, wok-tossed in sweet and spicy Firecracker sauce and then topped with chopped scallions.
Both new menu items are available now at all Pei Wei locations nationwide for a limited time.
