Pizza Hut is teaming up with LA-based bagel food truck concept Yeastie Boys for the launch of its latest culinary innovation, the Big New Yorker Pizza Bagel.
Combining two iconic New York flavors, pizza and bagels, the new limited-edition Big New Yorker Pizza Bagel features the bold flavors of the pizza chain’s signature Big New Yorker pizza with the soft and chewy delight of a classic Yeastie Boys bagel.
The Big New Yorker Pizza Bagel is made with layers of sweet marinara sauce, fresh Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, oregano, and topped with a double pepperoni on a signature Yeastie Boys bagel.
The pizza bagel will make its first appearances at Yeastie Boys food trucks in Los Angeles and New York City, debuting at Rolling Loud in LA on March 15-17, 2024. Then, the upcoming weekend will see two trucks make their way into New York City from March 22-23 and Los Angeles from March 22-24, introducing Yeastie Boys bagels to New York City for the first time.
At each Yeastie Boys truck location, the Big New Yorker Pizza Bagel will be offered for free, while supplies last, with a limit of one per customer. In addition, select Pizza Bagels will include a scratch-off featuring codes for Pizza Hut gift cards (up to $25) or custom Yeastie Boys x Pizza Hut swag items.
The Big New Yorker Pizza returned to Pizza Hut menus nationwide back in February 2023 after a 24-year hiatus. Inspired by the spirit of New York City, Pizza Hut’s XL pizza consists of six oversized, foldable slices with a crispy crust and bold flavors reminiscent of an authentic New York pizzeria build.
