Pizza Hut Welcomes Back The Edge Pizza

Pizza Hut looks to take you on a trip down memory lane by bringing back its 1990s classic fan favorite, The Edge Thin-Crust Pizza.

Originally introduced in 1997, The Edge is a thin-crust, handcrafted pizza that comes packed with toppings from edge to edge and an exclusive, unique, garlic and herb seasoning blend that’s only available on The Edge.

The Edge uses Thin ‘N Crispy dough, which was the first type of dough ever used when Pizza Hut opened up its doors in 1958, and is considered a tavern-style pizza because it’s cut up into 16 squares and comes on a cracker-thin crust that’s crunchy and sturdy enough to hold all the toppings.

The Edge Thin-Crust Pizza is available in four distinct options:

  • The Ultimate Pizza consists of pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers, onions and Roma tomatoes.
  • The Carnivore Pizza comes loaded with pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage and bacon.
  • The Vegetarian Pizza features green peppers, onions, mushrooms and Roma tomatoes.
  • Pepperoni Lover’s Pizza comes topped with pepperoni, pepperoni and more pepperoni all the way to the edge.

The Edge pizza is available for a limited time at participating Pizza Hut restaurants nationwide for a suggested price of $12.99 (may vary).

YouTube food reviewer picked up The Carnivore version of The Edge pizza at his local Pizza Hut in the Tampa, Florida. You can check out Eric’s review below for all the edgy details:
