Pollo Tropical is celebrating fall 2022 with the introduction of several seasonal menu items, including returning fan-favorite Guava BBQ Ribs, Cornbread, and Pumpkin Cheesecake.
Back by popular demand, Pollo Tropical’s Guava BBQ Ribs feature seasoned St. Louis Style pork ribs, roasted slow and low in the oven, and then finished on the grill before being smothered in the brand’s signature Guava Barbecue sauce.
Guava BBQ Ribs are available in quarter-rack ($11.49), half-rack paired with Pollo’s Grilled Chicken in a Chicken and Ribs Duo platter ($14.49), or as part of the brand’s Grillmaster Rib Trio ($17.99), which includes ribs, grilled chicken and chicken chorizo. You can also get a half-rack of Guava Ribs with your choice of one or two sides for a suggested price of $20.99.
Freshly baked every day in the chain’s kitchens, Pollo’s Cornbread combines sweet buttermilk and tasty cornmeal to create a sweet and salty side dish that delivers maximum satisfaction with its crispy, buttery edges. It’s available in individual and family-sized options for $2.99 and $9.99, respectively.
For dessert, Pollo is serving up a smooth and creamy Pumpkin Cheesecake with a touch of spice in a sweet graham cracker crust, topped with a layer of dulce de leche. Touted as the ultimate fall dessert, Pumpkin Cheese is priced at $3.99 per slice.
All three seasonal items can be found for a limited time at participating Pollo Tropical locations across Florida and online for curbside, in-store pickup and delivery through the MyPollo app.
