Popeyes offers a new twist on their recently introduced Blackened Chicken Sandwich with the debut of the new Blackened Deluxe Chicken Sandwich at participating locations across Canada.
Just like the original, the new Blackened Deluxe Chicken Sandwich is available in Classic and Spicy varieties and features a breading-free, whole chicken breast that has been marinated for 12 hours and seasoned in bold Cajun and Creole spices before being served fresh atop a warm and toasted buttery brioche bun with crisp barrel-cured pickles, lettuce, tomato and your choice of classic or spicy mayonnaise.
Popeyes’ Canada latest menu innovation can be enjoyed a la carte for a suggested price of $8.49 CAD, which is about $6.25 USD, or as part of a combo with one regular side and a medium drink drink for $11.49 CAD, which is about $8.46 USD. Additionally, a platter with two regular sides and a large drink is also being offered for $12.99 Canadian dollars, or about $9.56 US dollars.
For calories counters, both the Classic Deluxe and the Spicy Deluxe Blackened Chicken sandwiches clock in at about 580 calories per serving.
