The Loaded Tortilla Soup features a crispy tortilla shell filled with a vegetable broth flavored with roasted tomatoes, onions, peppers, and spices, and loaded up with your favorite protein – Brisket Birria, Grilled Steak, or Grilled Adobo Chicken, among others – plus your choice of toppings, including sour cream, pico de gallo, tortilla strips, shredded cheese, and the brand’s always-free three-cheese queso and hand-crafted guac.
Qdoba’s Loaded Tortilla Soup can also be enjoyed in a regular cup or bowl and can be made vegetarian.
Brisket Birria is made with shredded beef brisket slow-cooked for 10 hours in a sauce of chiles and garlic to infuse authentic Mexican flavors. You can create your own entrée featuring Brisket Birria, or order an online-exclusive QuesaBirria Quesadilla or QuesaBirria Burrito to complement the Loaded Tortilla Soup.
