Qdoba adds more plant-based protein options to the menu with the launch of the new Impossible Nachos.
The Impossible Nachos feature Impossible Foods crumbles, your choice of 3-Cheese Queso or Queso Diablo, chips, guacamole, your choice of salsa, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
As you may have noticed, some toppings are from conventional dairy, which means the Impossible Nachos aren’t vegan. But you can easily substitute the Queso and the sour cream with vegan-friendly ingredients at no additional cost. And you can also add extra Impossible meat crumbles for an additional $3.
Impossible Nachos are available at participating locations nationwide for a suggested price of $9.95 (may vary). The plant-based nachos range from 860 calories to 1215 calories, depending on the toppings.
With the addition, Qdoba now offers three different Impossible Foods menu items: Impossible Taco, Impossible Bowl, and Impossible Nachos.
