Qdoba is testing a new lineup of Mac & Queso Bowls and Burritos at select locations across the US and Canada.
Featuring a combination of the brand’s signature 3-cheese Queso and cavatappi pasta, Mac & Queso can be enjoyed as part of a Create Your Own bowl, as a side dish, or in a kids meal, and it can also be added to any burrito or bowl on the menu for an additional charge.
Additionally, the Mexican fast-food chain is showcasing their latest menu innovation as part of a new lineup of Mac & Queso dishes, including new Cholula Mac & Queso Bowl or Burrito, Tex Mex Mac & Queso Bowl or Burrito, and Loaded Mac & Queso Burrito.
Here’s a closer look at Qdoba’s new Mac & Queso lineup:
- The Cholula Mac & Queso Bowl or Burrito, available in-restaurant and online, features Cavatappi pasta and 3-cheese Queso, topped with Cholula Hot & Sweet Chicken, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cotija cheese in a bowl or served in a warm flour tortilla.
- The Tex Mex Mac & Queso Bowl or Burrito, available online only, features Cavatappi pasta and 3-cheese Queso, topped with Smoked Brisket, roasted tomato salsa, corn salsa, and tortilla strips, all served in a bowl or wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
- The Loaded Mac & Queso Burrito, available online only, features the brand’s new Mac & Queso paired with Slow-Smoked Brisket, chile crema, pico de gallo, corn salsa, and tortilla strips, all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.
Mac & Queso can be found at 188 Qdoba restaurants across the United States and Canada for a limited time. Participating cities in the US include Baltimore, Boston, New York, North Carolina, and Philadelphia. Mac & Queso is also available at all locations in Colorado. Prices may vary.
