Both sandwich varieties feature slow-roasted prime rib, dry rubbed with black pepper and then sprinkled with garlic, salt, and paprika before being slow roasted for 8 hours to create a tender and juicy prime rib that’s bursting with flavor.
Starting at a suggested price of $8.45, the Prime Rib XL includes a hearty half-pound portion of slow-roasted prime rib on an 8-inch sub topped with sauteed onions, melted Swiss cheese, and creamy horseradish sauce.
Starting at $7.95, the Italian Prime Rib sub consists of slow-roasted prime rib, provolone cheese, sauteed onions, giardiniera, green peppers and marinara sauce on your choice of bread.
