Real Good Foods Releases New Low-Carb, High Protein Lasagna Bowl Made With Chicken Lasagna Noodles

1

Keto dieters rejoice as Real Good Foods announces the introduction of their first ever low-carb, high protein Lasagna.

The new Chicken Lasagna Bowl is a nutrient dense, full meal entrée made with all natural ingredients, including thinly sliced chicken lasagna noodles, marinara sauce, and a blend of Parmesan, Ricotta, and Mozzarella cheese.

The Chicken Lasagna Bowl tastes just like traditional lasagna and packs 32 grams of protein and only 11 grams of net carbs, making it an ideal option for those looking to get fit, lose weight, and maintain a healthy diet. It’s also 100 percent grain free and gluten-free.

Traditional lasagnas usually contain over 50 grams of carbs per serving, added sugars, and offer little nutritional value.

You can pop it in the microwave for a quick lunch, post-workout meal, or as a quick and nutritious dinner option.

The new Chicken Lasagna Bowl is available now at retailers nationwide for a suggested price of $5.99. It’s also available for ordering on the Real Good Foods website for $6.99.

  1. Husband and I have been on Keto / low carb for a year, and have done well. We enjoy the Realgood roasted, individual chicken, (the raw chicken, baked) most are very good and versatile with dinner. We enjoyed the Realgood enchiladas, they were pretty good. I was hoping the chicken lasagna bowls would be enjoyable and taste good – if not better; they definitely were not. After microwaving, I measured off 6+ tablespoons of water out of each plastic bowl. There was more but I left it…If you think I’m exaggerating, encourage you to measure yourself. The weight of this product is not 9 oz, more like 6 oz…or perhaps the weight posted on the container should indicate the water weight (for the cost of keto, it probably should). I added fresh Parmesan and some mini Mozzarella balls with fresh basil from my garden. I ran it under the broiler to melt and add some gold to the cheese. That didn’t help a great deal. I served these with a nice large Italian salad for dinner. Even with additional cheese, these “lasagna bowls” did not satisfy or taste good, I did not finish it. Perhaps instead of lunch meat, Realgood might add ground sausage or beef and place over palm noodles? I don’t enjoy negative reviews, or even leaving them. Sorry for the downer, but we will not order this again!
