Rubio’s Coastal Grill today announced that it will begin offering Cauliflower Rice in all Arizona, California, and Nevada locations starting Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
Made from riced cauliflower cooked with fresh cilantro, lemongrass, lime juice and sea salt, the new Cauli Rice is a functional and nutrient-dense option that contains a variety of antioxidants, including Vitamin A and C, fiber, potassium, and calcium.
