Shack Shack is introducing a new Bourbon Bacon Cheddar menu that includes two new menu items – Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Burger and Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich – made with Maker’s Mark sweet and savory bourbon bacon jam.
The new Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Burger features a 100% Angus beef patty topped with white cheddar cheese, bourbon bacon jam made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, crispy shallots, and ShackSauce served on a toasted potato bun.
The new Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich features a crispy chicken breast topped with white cheddar cheese and bourbon bacon jam made with Marker’s Mark Bourbon over pickles on a toasted potato bun.
The brand’s bourbon bacon jam combines Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon, which is aged for 6 years and has notes of vanilla, caramel and oak, with bacon that’s smoked for six hours using real hardwood applewood for a sweet and savory sauce with woodsy and smoky flavors and a touch of heat.
The Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Burger costs $8.49, and the double goes for $10.29, while the Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich starts at a suggested price of $8.09.
Shake Shack’s limited time menu will be available at participating locations nationwide on Friday, May 6, but Shack fans can use the brand’s mobile app to get exclusive early access starting today, May 3, 2022.
