Shake Shack introduces the new Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle as part of a new black truffle menu featuring real black truffle sauce, made with Regalis Foods’ USDA Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil.
According to a press release, Regalis Foods’ Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil is the only truly natural truffle product on the market made from Spanish black truffles and California extra virgin olive oil.
For those unfamiliar, Regalis is a specialty food purveyor that specializes in luxury, tough-to-find products such as fresh truffles, rare foraged edibles, Japanese wagyu beef, caviar, uni and more.
The Black Truffle Burger consists of a gruyere cheeseburger topped with real black truffle sauce (made with Regalis organic black truffle olive oil) and crispy shallots on a toasted potato bun.
Meanwhile, the new Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce feature crispy crinkle cut fries topped with garlic parmesan cheese and served with real black truffle sauce (made with Regalis organic black truffle olive oil).
As part of the launch, Shake Shack is offering Shack App users early access to the new menu exclusively through the brand’s app starting today.
Shake Shack’s Black Truffle Burger carries a suggested price of $8.99, while the Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce go for $4.79. Just keep in mind that prices may vary depending on your location.
The black truffle menu will be available at participating Shake Shack restaurants nationwide for a limited time starting on October 15, 2021.
