For the first time ever, Shake Shack is expanding its sides menu with the addition of new Fried Pickles with Ranch, starting May 20, 2025.
Long celebrated as the perfect burger companion, pickles are now claiming the spotlight as Shake Shack’s newest featured side—the first addition to the menu since Crinkle Cuts.
Shake Shack’s Fried Pickles feature the brand’s thick, juicy, proprietary-brined sliced pickles, lightly coated, seasoned, and fried to crispy golden perfection.
Starting at a suggested price of $3.99, each order of Fried Pickles includes a side of Buttermilk Ranch for dipping. They can be enjoyed on their own, though Shake Shack highly recommends pairing them with a signature sandwich, hot dog, or crinkle-cut fries.
Available for a limited time only, Fried Pickles begin rolling out at participating Shake Shack locations today, May 20, 2025.
