Shake Shack is teaming up with Sarah Grueneberg, executive chef and partner of Monteverde, for the launch of the new Monteverde Chicken Parm at one Chicago location.
The one-day-only collab sandwich, which is exclusively available at the River North Shack, features a crispy chicken breast topped with Monteverde’s spicy tomato sauce, sliced buffalo mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, giardiniera buttermilk mayo, and shredded greens, all served on a toasted potato roll.
All net proceeds from the sale of the Monteverde Chicken Parm will be donated to Inspiration Kitchens, a non-profit organization that trains low-income and homeless Chicagoans for careers in the food industry.
Described as crispy, unctuous and comforting, the Monteverde Chicken Parm can be found at the River North Shack in Chicago on Thursday, June 17, 2021.
