Shake Shack is teaming up with NotCo to test a new Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake and Frozen Custard at 10 select Shake Shack locations in New York City and Florida throughout the summer.
The Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake features chocolatey, creamy, plant-based, non-dairy frozen custard powered by NotCo hand spun with NotMilk.
The Non-Dairy Chocolate Custard features chocolatey, creamy scoops of plant-based, non-dairy frozen custard powered by NotCo.
Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake and Chocolate Custard powered by NotCo will be available as an exclusive test at the following Shake Shack locations: Winter Park, Garden Mall, Miami Beach, The Falls Coral Gables, Astor Place, Midtown East, Harlem, Upper East Side and Battery Park City.
NotCo uses a combination of technology with AI chefs and R&D teams to replicate the same rich flavor, creaminess and functionality as the existing menu items, replacing both dairy and egg components.
