Sonic has announced that their new Groovy Fries and Groovy Sauce are now finally available at all participating locations across the US.
First introduced in limited markets in April, Groovy Fries mark the first update to the chain’s popular French fries in over 10 years, offering improved taste and functionality with grooves designed specifically for dipping.
Sonic’s Groovy Fries feature a crispy golden exterior that locks in the heat and offers a texture that’s crunchy on the outside, yet soft and tender on the inside.
The Groovy Sauce combines the savory flavors of creamy ranch and herbs with the mild spice of sriracha. You can request a free side of Groovy Sauce with every Groovy Fry order.
To celebrate the nationwide launch of their new fries, Sonic is offering any size Groovy Fries for only $1 throughout June 2024, or while supplies last.
In addition, Sonic is also putting a cheesy and savory spin on the new fry offering with the debut of new Cheese Groovy Fries and Chili Cheese Groovy Fries, although they’re not included in the brand’s any size $1 Groovy Fries deal.
Starting at a suggested price of $2.69, Cheese Groovy Fries are made with fried thin and golden brown fries topped with melted cheese.
Chili Cheese Groovy Fries consist of fried thin and golden brown fries smothered in warm chili and topped with melty cheddar cheese. They’re also available in small to large sizes, with prices ranging from $2.99 to $4.49.
