Sonic ups their cheeseburger game with the introduction of a ‘new and improved‘ Sonic Cheeseburger and SuperSONIC Double Cheeseburger.
Sonic’s updated cheeseburgers contain the same ingredients as the original versions, but they now also include ketchup and mayo.
More specifically:
The new Sonic Cheeseburger features a 100% pure seasoned beef patty paired with melty American cheese, chopped iceberg lettuce, crinkle cut pickles, hand-sliced tomatoes, creamy mayo, and ketchup, all served on a toasted bakery bun.
Meanwhile, the new SuperSONIC Double Cheeseburger comes with two 100 percent pure beef patties, melted American cheese, lettuce, crinkle cut dill pickles, tomatoes, mayo, and ketchup, all sandwiched between a toasted bakery bun.
While prices may vary, my nearest Sonic Drive-In charges $4.59 for the Sonic Cheeseburger and $5.89 for the SuperSONIC Double Cheeseburger.
The upgraded cheeseburgers are available now at participating locations as part of Sonic’s permanent menu.
