Starbucks readies for Spring 2021 with the introduction of a new line of non-dairy iced shaken espressos and the return of a variety of fan favorite drinks, including Oatmilk Honey Latte, Iced Pineapple Matcha, and the chain’s popular Pink Drink, among others.
In addition to the new and returning menu items, the chain is also introducing Oatly oatmilk nationwide as it looks to offer fans even more choices to fit their lifestyle and taste preferences.
Oatly oatmilk, which will be available at most Starbucks locations in the U.S. starting on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, is a creamy, plant-based option that can be enjoyed in any Starbucks beverage, including the new Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and Honey Oatmilk Latte.
Combining the trends of cold coffee and oatmilk, the new Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso features Blonde espresso, brown sugar, and cinnamon, and it’s then topped off with oatmilk and ice.
Starbucks Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso is an iced non-dairy beverage that features Starbucks Blonde espresso, cocoa, and notes of malt, shaken together and topped with almondmilk and ice.
Available for the first time nationwide, the Honey Oatmilk Latte consists of a blend of oatmilk and Starbucks Blonde Espresso Roast combined with a hint of honey and a toasted honey topping. The Honey Oatmilk Latte is available hot or iced.
To celebrate the arrival of spring this year, Starbucks is inviting fans to try the following four beverages available year-round at most Starbucks locations in the United States.
Pink Drink and Iced Pineapple Matcha
The Pink Drink combines the brand’s crisp Strawberry Açaí Refreshers Beverage with creamy coconutmilk to offer a fruity and refreshing sip of spring, no matter what time of year.
The Iced Pineapple Matcha drink features premium Matcha green tea shaken with the juicy flavors of pineapple and ginger along with coconutmilk and ice.
Cream Cold Brew Duo
Salted Caramel Cold Brew features Cold Brew coffee sweetened with caramel and topped with a salted, rich cold foam.
Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew features the brand’s Cold Brew coffee blended with vanilla flavor and topped with a delicate float of house-made vanilla sweet cream.
New Iced Tea Recipe
Additionally, and also starting on March 2, Starbucks iced teas will now be made unsweetened as part of the chain’s standard recipe. The new iced tea recipe will now start at 0 g sugar and 0 calories for black, green, and passion teas. Fans will be able to select the level of sweetness by adjusting the pumps of cane sugar at no additional charge.
When ordering iced tea beverages through the Starbucks app, fans can select “sweeteners” within the beverage recipe page to customize the level of sweetness.
You can find the new lineup of non-dairy iced shaken espressos, as well as the returning fan-favorite beverages at participating Starbucks locations nationwide beginning on March 2, 2021.
