Subway is the latest fast-food restaurant chain to join the swicy trend with the debut of two new hot honey sandwiches, featuring an all-new Hot Honey sauce, starting March 27, 2025.

Featuring a perfect balance of naturally sweet honey with a kick of heat from cayenne and habanero pepper powder, along with spices like garlic, cloves, and onion, the new Hot Honey sauce can be added to any sandwich, wrap, or salad on the menu at no additional cost.

Here’s a closer look at the new chef-crafted swicy subs:

  • Hot Honey Pepperoni: Zesty pepperoni is paired with creamy provolone cheese, crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions on toasted Artisan Italian bread, all finished with a drizzle of sweet and spicy hot honey sauce.
  • Hot Honey Chicken: Tender rotisserie-style chicken and melted Monterey Cheddar cheese topped with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, Creamy Sriracha, and Hot Honey sauce on Artisan Italian bread, finished with SubKrunch, the brand’s proprietary savory, crispy sandwich topping.
