Subway adds authentic-style Italian flare to the menu with the debut of its new Italian sandwiches featuring flavorful ingredients like new capicola, fresh mozzarella cheese and tangy vinaigrette.
Additionally, and to round out the latest lineup of Italian subs, Subway is also teaming up with star quarterback and proud Italian Jimmy Garoppolo for the launch of the Benissimo, a new Italian sub that will be sold exclusively on The Vault, which is a dynamic menu, with new sandwiches added regularly, only available on the Subway app and Subway.com.
Made with savory Italian meats, creamy cheeses, and wholesome veggie toppings, Subway’s new Italian sandwiches are available in the following two varieties:
- Mozza Meat: Thin-sliced Black Forest Ham, new Italian-style capicola, and Belgioioso Fresh Mozzarella cheese topped with spinach, tomatoes, red onions, banana peppers, and the brand’s famous MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette, all served on fresh-baked Artisan Italian bread.
- Supreme Meats: Thin-sliced Black Forest Ham, Genoa Salami, pepperoni and new Italian-style capicola topped with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, tangy banana peppers and MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette on fresh-baked Artisan Italian bread.
Jimmy Garoppolo’s Benissimo consists of pepperoni, rotisserie-style chicken, provolone, spinach, tomatoes, and Peppercorn Ranch on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread.
New authentic-style Italian sandwiches are also available in wrap, salad and No Bready Bowl form upon request. Prices may vary.
