Subway Raspberry Lemonade Cookie – Review

12

Last week, Subway released the new Sesame-Ginger Glazed Chicken and Sweet N’ Smoky Steak & Guac Signature Wraps. And they also released a new cookie called Raspberry Lemonade.

Subway’s new raspberry lemonade cookies are the bomb. The only problem is, they’re very hard to find, because they’re so good it’s become really hard for store operators to keep their cookie supplies stocked.

The new Raspberry Lemonade Cookie is only 200 calories and tastes sweet and sour. It tastes just like, well, raspberry lemonade.

It has big chunks of lemon that have the same texture as a lemon cheesecake. And although the lemon might be too strong for some, I think it was just right.

Available for a limited time, the Raspberry Lemonade Cookie can be found at participating Subway restaurants nationwide for a suggested price of $0.69.

Prices may vary.

  1. I am completely hooked on subways cookies and want to know who came up with them cuz need to be awarded the best cookie recipe EVER!!!!!!

  2. These are a powerful cookie. While I can down a 3-pack of White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies at a sitting, one of these is enough. These are a love-em or leave-em cookie. My customers either loved them or thought they were too sweet or that the lemon was like Lemon Pledge.

While all the subway cookies are good – even the Oatmeal Raisin variety, these are just a bit much. While I love all things sweet and raspberry, these are like a smack in the face – they are just that sweet.

An earlier review mentioned Jolly Ranchers – that is pretty close. I think these cookies are more like the flavor a raspberry lemonade Starburst would taste. Which, actually sounds good, but not in a cookie.
