It’s been 10 years since sweetgreen entered the Boston market, and to celebrate, the fast-casual chain is teaming up with Luke’s Lobster to launch the new Luke’s Lobster Roll Salad as part its ongoing commitment to positively impact coastal fishermen communities who locally catch the fresh lobster off the shores of Maine.
Now available exclusively at Boston restaurants, Luke’s Lobster Roll Salad features succulent pieces of Luke’s Lobster knuckle and claw meat paired with chopped romaine lettuce, spring mix, shredded cabbage, raw carrots, new butter focaccia croutons, basil and lemon, all topped with sweetgreen’s green goddess ranch dressing.
The salad, which is inspired by the iconic East Coast lobster roll, clocks in at 340 calories and carries a suggested price of $24.95.
