Taco Bell is reigniting the fast food chicken wars with the nationwide launch of the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco on September 2, 2021.
The new Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco consists of all-white meat crispy chicken marinated in jalapeño buttermilk, seasoned with bold Mexican spices and rolled in a crunchy tortilla chip coating. It’s served on a warm soft flatbread shaped into taco form and flavored with the brand’s signature creamy chipotle sauce. It can be enjoyed Regular or Spicy, with crunchy jalapeño slices for those who prefer an extra kick.
As mentioned above, the Chicken Sandwich Taco will be officially available at participating locations across the country on September 2, but if you can’t wait to try it, then you’ll be glad to know that Taco Bell is giving Rewards members early access via the app during Happier Hour from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time beginning Monday, August 30 through Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
You can get the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco a la carte for a suggested price of $2.49 or buy two for just $4.49. Additionally, the chain will also be offering it as part of a Crispy Chicken Sandwich Box for $5.49 that includes a Beefy 5-layer Burrito, Crunchy Taco and medium fountain drink.
The new Taco will be available at participating Taco Bell restaurants for a limited time only, while supplies last.
