With the colder days ahead, Taco Del Mar is warming up the menu with the introduction of its new Loaded Tortilla Soup.
The new seasonal menu item features a zesty tortilla soup loaded with Mexican seasoned rice, either black or refried beans and your choice of protein, topped with fresh pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream, and crispy tortilla chips.
According to Chef Mike Gieseman, Vice President of Culinary and Innovation for REGO Restaurant Group, which is the parent company of Taco Del Mar, their new Loaded Tortilla Soup is vegetarian and fully customizable, making it a great choice for guests searching looking for a meatless option.
Additionally, and to celebrate the season of giving, Taco Del Mar will donate $1 for every Loaded Tortilla Soup sold on Giving Tuesday on November 30, 2021. In the US, the proceeds will go towards Feeding America, which is the country’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization. Meanwhile, in Canada, the chain will donate to Food Banks Canada, a national charitable organization that helps Canadians living with food insecurity.
