Torchy’s Tacos Adds New Plant-Based Beyond Beef “MoFaux” Taco, Scratch-Made Churros And Grande Burrito Bowl Alongside The Permanent Return Of The Tipsy Chick Taco


Torchy’s Tacos recently announced that they are introducing four menu items, including a new plant-based taco made with Beyond Beef, a scratch-made dessert and the permanent return of the brand’s most requested taco, the Tipsy Chick.

Starting Wednesday, February 9, 2022, all Torchy’s Tacos locations will begin offering the following menu items:

The Tipsy Chick: Marinated and grilled chicken breast, spinach, grilled corn, green chiles and cheddar cheese with chipotle sauce, all on a flour tortilla. Served with a side of scratch-made bacon bourbon marmalade for an extra kick of flavor.

Fans who sign up for the new Taco Junkies Rewards Club will receive exclusive early access to the Tipsy Chick Taco on February 7 and February 8, ahead of its official launch on February 9, 2022.

The MoFaux: Cowboy-Style Beyond Beef topped with green chiles, grilled corn, peppadew peppers, fresh avocado and cilantro with Diablo Sauce, all served on a fresh corn tortilla. Beyond Beef is made from simple, plant-based ingredients such as peas and brown rice, without GMOs, cholesterol, soy or gluten.

You also have the option to substitute their Cowboy-Style Beyond Beef as a protein on the Grande Burrito, Grande Burrito Bowl and Airstream Salad offerings.

Scratch-Made Churros: These new churros are scratch-made with buttermilk and dusted with sugar and cinnamon, and served with a side of dulce de leche. Scratch-Made Churros join Torchy’s signature Lil’ Nookies on the Sweets menu.

Grande Burrito Bowl: Your choice of beef, chicken, pork or veggies paired with refried pinto beans, rice, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and cheese.
