El Pollo Loco rings in summer with the return of their popular Summertime Tostada Salads at participating locations for a limited time.
This time around, Tostada Salads are available in the following three varieties: Baja Shrimp, Classic, and Double Chicken.
- Baja Shrimp Tostada Salad: A crisp flour tostada shell filled with rice, pinto beans, shredded lettuce, Monterey Jack cheese, pico de gallo salsa, and sour cream, and topped with Baja Shrimp.
- Classic Tostada Salad: A fried tostada shell filled with chopped chicken breast, shredded lettuce, pinto beans, rice, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo salsa, and cilantro dressing.
- Double Chicken Tostada Salad: A crisp flour tostada shell filled chopped chicken breast, shredded lettuce, pinto beans, rice, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, fresh pico de gallo salsa, avocado slices, and cool sour cream.
