Wawa looks to give Taco Bell a run for its money with the launch of its new Chalupa lineup at participating locations.
The new Chalupas feature a thick, pillowy soft shell filled with fresh new ingredients and bold flavors like salsa verde, fire roasted corn, and adobo seasoning.
The lineup includes pre-built Chalupas along with the option to create your own custom Chalupa, including:
- Pork Adobo and Beans Chalupa: Pulled pork, Vermont cheddar cheese, beans, lettuce, salsa verde, fresh salsa, and adobo seasoning, all wrapped in a thick, pillowy soft shell.
- Cheesy Chicken and Rice Chalupa: Grilled chicken, rice, cheddar cheese sauce, fire roasted corn, lettuce, adobo seasoning, and fresh salsa wrapped in a thick, pillowy soft chalupa shell.
- Cheesy Pork and Beans Chalupa: Pulled pork, beans, lettuce, cheddar cheese sauce, adobo seasoning, and fire roasted corn wrapped in a thick, pillowy soft pita shell.
- Chipotle Steak and Rice Chalupa: Beef steak, rice, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, creamy chipotle sauce, and salsa verde, all wrapped up in thick, pillowy soft pita bread.
Wawa suggests pairing these tangy and mouthwatering flavors with one of their popular handcrafted lemonades.
