Wendy’s has finally unveiled the return date for its mega-popular Spicy Chicken Nuggets.
On Monday, Wendy’s announced that it will be bringing back Spicy Nuggets to the menu on August 19, 2019.
The fast-food chain discontinued this menu item in 2017, but thanks to Chance the Rapper and over 2 million tweets, the chain thought it was time to bring them back.
Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Nuggets feature pieces of all-white meat chicken breaded with a blend of 9 peppers and spices, then deep-fried until golden brown.
Spicy Nuggets should be on the menu permanently, but no one really knows if they will be or not. A decision may be made based on sales, but I guess that only time will tell.
