Wendy’s announced today that it’s bolstering its much-beloved breakfast menu with the introduction of two new English Muffin Sandwiches beginning August 22, 2023.
The new breakfast sandwiches will be available in two savory varieties, including Sausage and Bacon.
The Sausage English Muffin Sandwich features a savory grilled sausage patty topped with a fresh-cracked egg and melted American cheese and served on a lightly toasted English muffin with a new, one-of-kind savory buttery spread that, according to Wendy’s, marries a hint of brown butter sweetness with fresh black pepper.
The Bacon English Muffin Sandwich consists of a fresh-cracked egg topped with oven-baked applewood-smoked bacon and melted American cheese and served on a light, fluffy and pillowy English Muffin brushed with the brand’s savory buttery spread.
To celebrate the launch, Wendy’s is offering $2 off any Breakfast Combo in the app during breakfast hours from August 22 through September 3, 2023.
You can redeem the offer by simply heading over to the “Offers” section in the Wendy’s Rewards Store on the app or the website and applying the deal to your order. You can also use the offer in-restaurant by adding to your digital rewards card before scanning at the drive-thru or the counter.
