In response to overwhelming fan demand, White Castle is adding the Southwest Veggie Slider as a flavorful non-meat option to its permanent menu at participating locations systemwide.
Joining the brand’s popular lineup of beef, chicken and fish sliders, the new Southwest Veggie Slider features a veggie patty made with a savory blend of black beans, sweet potatoes, corn, onions, carrots and red bell peppers, finished with a crispy brown rice crust seasoned with smoky chipotle and sweet BBQ flavors and topped with a slice of jalapeño cheese on a classic slider bun. Fans can also swap the jalapeño cheese for American or cheddar cheese.
The veggie slider starts at a suggested price of $2.49, though pricing may vary by location.
In addition, White Castle is also giving Craver Nation Rewards members a limited time deal to mark the arrival of the Southwest Veggie Slider. From July 1 through July 31, members can get two Southwest Veggie Sliders, a small fry and a small soft drink for $5.
The new veggie slider is now available at participating White Castle restaurants across the country.
