White Castle celebrates the arrival of the Lenten/seafood season with the introduction of the new Panko Breaded Fish Slider and the return of their popular Shrimp Nibblers. White Castle’s everyday seafood menu also includes Fish Nibblers and Clam Strips, but they’re only available in select regions.
The Panko Breaded Fish Slider comes with a crispy-fried, wild-caught Alaskan Pollock filet coated in panko breading and topped with melted American cheese on one of the chain’s signature slider buns.
Shrimp Nibblers consist of butterfly shrimp coated in a buttermilk-flavored batter and deep-fried until crispy.
Fish Nibblers feature Alaska Pollock coated with a savory breading and deep-fried until golden and crispy.
Clam Strips consist of crispy Atlantic Surf Clams coated in a light breading fried to golden brown perfection.
