After a successful test at select locations across Ohio, California, Las Vegas, and Orlando back in May, Wingstop is officially entering the chicken sandwich ring with the nationwide launch of its new signature Chicken Sandwich starting August 30, 2022.
Wingstop’s new Chicken Sandwich features a crispy, juicy chicken breast topped with crunchy pickles on a buttery toasted bun and served with a side of the chain’s ranch sauce for dipping. The crispy chicken breast can be flavored in any one of the brand’s 12 signature flavors, including Original Hot, Cajun, Atomic, Mild, Spicy Korean Q, Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Louisiana Rub, Mango Habanero, and recent newcomer, Hot Honey Rub.
The Wingstop Chicken Sandwich can be enjoyed a la carte for a suggested price of $5.49 or as part of a Chicken Sandwich Combo that also includes an order of hand-cut fries, a drink of your choice, and a dip for just $7.99.
As part of the launch, Wingstop is inviting fans to “break up” with chicken sandwiches from other chains by visiting ChickenSandwichSplit.com before September 5 for a chance to win a free Wingstop Chicken Sandwich. The first 100,000 customers to pen a breakup letter at the “Chicken Sandwich Split” website will receive a promo code for a free Chicken Sandwich.
