For the first time since 2021, Zaxby’s today announced it is welcoming back its popular Southwest Zalad for a limited time starting June 20, 2023.
Made-to-order, the fresh salad brings together sliced Roma tomatoes, fire-roasted corn, Cheddar Jack cheese, and crunchy tortilla strips, all nestled on crisp mixed greens and topped with either grilled or hand-breaded chicken. The Southwest Zalad is also served with Texas Toast and Southwest Ranch dressing for a spicy kick that’ll make you want to come back for more.
In addition, participating Zaxby’s locations are also sweetening up the menu this summer with the arrival of new Funnel Cakes with Caramel Sauce.
Zaxby’s new Funnel Cake consists of a light, fluffy batter deep-fried to golden brown perfection and then sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with a side of sweet Caramel Sauce for dipping.
While prices may vary, you can expect to pay around $9.89 for the Southwest Zalad and $3.99 for a Funnel Cake with Caramel Sauce.
Additionally, and to celebrate the return of the seasonal salad, Zaxby’s is offering a 50% discount on any Zalad purchase via the brand’s app or online at Zaxbys.com from June 21 through June 25, 2023 – with a limit of one redemption per customer.
